Location

All apartments are located in Prague 2, rightly called Královské Vinohrady (literally meaning ‘Royal Vineyards’), within walking distance (15 minutes) from the historical centre of Prague.

The area has many beautiful historic houses, parks, sports fields, children’s playgrounds, churches, restaurants, wine bars, cafes and cultural activities.

The dominant feature of Jiřího z Poděbrad Square, the centre of social life in Vinohrady, is the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord, next to which traditional farmers’ markets are held several days a week.

The apartments are located near the Riegrovy Sady Park which offers the most beautiful panoramic view of the entire historical part of Prague and Prague Castle.

The place was perfectly clean, with a great layout and all the amenities you can think of. It can be said that the apartment has been renovated and decorated with attention to detail. The decoration complements the Prague experience and it has all modern appliances and comforts in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Prague within walking distance of many great restaurants, markets and a panoramic view of the city from the top of the Riegrovy Sady Park.
